What is Kingdom Builders?

Our mission, deeply rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, is to inspire and mobilize individuals to use their God-given resources, not only for personal growth but also for the service of the broader community.

In adherence to the wisdom of Proverbs 11:24-25, we recognize the pivotal role of affluence as a gift to be shared generously. We encourage our community to manifest their faith through acts of mercy and compassion, using their wealth prudently to contribute to societal equity and justice which reflects the love of our Lord.

Taking guidance from Matthew 5:14-16, we believe in the power of influence as a tool to illuminate the path of righteousness for others. We urge our members to radiate their faith, using their unique platforms to advocate and uplift, while standing up against injustices, echoing Christ's teachings in their everyday actions.

As we achieve these goals, Kingdom Builders places high importance on fellowship among our members. Inspired by Acts 2:42, we foster a strong sense of kinship, united in our commitment to service, worship, and the Word of God. We believe that the strength of our collective spirit is the cornerstone for achieving our mission: To build His Kingdom on earth, for “where your treasure is, there your heart will be also," (Matthew 6:21).

Together, we stride towards creating a community of empowered leaders who, through stewardship of their affluence and influence, contribute significantly to God’s Kingdom here on Earth. We are the Kingdom Builders, serving God, serving others.

Ryan Bourque, CPA, MBT, CKA, is the managing partner of Bourque & McLucas CPAs, Inc., a Christian led firm in Orange County, California. He has twenty years of experience as a Christian tax and business advisor. Bourque has been a member of Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, California, for more than twenty years, serving in stewardship and kingdom builder ministries during that time.
